About This Jacket:
This jacket is a newer version of the M-421A cloth jacket. The Navy had still been making
cloth summer-weight jackets in some form up to the 1970's. This contract now has many more zippers as adjustors or pocket closures, where earlier jackets had
only one main zipper and buttons. Note that it also doesn't have elbow reinforcing. These are either rare or didn't last long, as one
doesn't see many now.
