These jackets are the descendent of WWII M-421A designs, but there are a number of differences. These
newer jackets have more use of zippers and the pockets are more ergonomic for entry. The waist pockets were
discontinued with the larger chest pockets. The sleeves also have zippers for a smaller taper.
