About This Jacket:

This 55J14 G-1 is one extremely rare contract, and I've only seen four of them so far. Aviators Clothing Co. produced a large amount of flight clothing for the Navy and Air Force. The design and construction of the jacket is of higher quality than usual, and the back design is wider than most 55J14s in general. Only a few companies made the back panel wide where most made them narrower with the front leather spreading around under the arms. I replaced the zipper slider, as the one that came with it was a replacement. Note that the leather has a beautiful graining throughout, is very soft in hand, and the color is a grey-ish brown.
