This jacket is a mid-WWII Navy jacket by Willis and Geiger. One can tell the maker from the details of construction, as W&G had many distinctive features, like the rounded pocket flap corners and large zipper box. The zipper is from mid-WWII, so this is probably one of the AN-6552 jackets they made, though possibly also an AN-J-3A. The construction quality is great and this jacket has lasted over time in fantastic condition, especially the knits.
