The N-3B series of jackets are a very large Heavy Zone parka, and they started with the N-3, then the N-3A. This particular series
saw the greatest amount of change, where details like the oxygen hose tab were removed along with the vox tabs. The shoulder USAF
stencil for some reason was produced well beyond when other jacket styles no longer had them.
