About This Jacket:

This jacket is an L-2B of specification MIL-J-7448D, the first series to have an orange lining, sage green snaps, and a white label. It's made by Skyline Clothing Company, one of the largest 1950's USAF clothing manufacturers. The nylon color has a strong blue tone in relation to other L-2Bs I've seen, and the nylon feels rather thick. The knits have been replaced by a competent military repair shop.
