About This Jacket:

This great repro by Buzz Rickson is a copy of a 1945 American Pad & Textile Co. L-2 flight jacket. These were often seen in the Korean conflict and many in color photos. The color of this repro is excellent in comparison to those photos. This is a commonly seen contractor of these jackets, with the Reed version that Rickson had previously been making being more rare. The overall design looks to be accurate, and rather large for a size 40. The materials used are as usual fantastic for Rickson.
