About This Jacket:
This Real McCoy's New Zealand B-3 is a very large example. The jackets they are making
at this point are astounding in how similar the sheepskin is to WWII sheepskin. The texture of the finished side, and then the straight
fur on the other are almost indistinguishable from original B-3 jackets. The sheepskin is 3/4 inch thick on the main body pieces,
and much thinner, around 1/4 to 1/2 inch on the wind flap and cuffs, as can be found on originals. The facing leather, of a lighter color
which can often be found on jackets made in 1942 and later, is rather smooth, but wear will add more texture. Allen added a WWII Talon
slider to the reproduction zipper chain.
