About This Jacket:
This jacket is a 1942 contract B-3, and has seen a large amount of use. The sheepskin has lost much
of its polyacrylate lacquer finish on the sleeves and belt area, and there were some seams that broke and trim came off. I've closed the holes
and added new trim. The Talon zipper was completely destroyed, so I've applied one from another WWII jacket. I've also put on a large amount
of conditioner, which the jacket has taken well with. The leather has improved in color an flexibility to a great degree. The jacket would be
wearable for very easy use, and as a size 42R, it almost fits me well, but is a little tight in the shoulders.
