About This Jacket:
This jacket is a nice representation of a 27798 contract Dubow A-2. The jacket was made several
years ago, being of russet horsehide. The size of the jacket is close to an original 44. The leather is somewhat thick but does exhibit nice
shape and character in some areas. With much use it should look excellent. The color is close to what Dubow used on this contract, though
the knits could have a little more red tone. The knits are also very tight at this point, but will loosen with wear. Certain details have been
faithfully reproduced, such as the collar shape, epaulette design, and pockets, all just like a Dubow. The pockets are a little far apart compared
to most Dubows. The label is almost indistinguishable from an original. The Conmar slider was replaced with an original from WWII.
