This jacket is a great example of a reproduction 1939 Werber A-2, by Real McCoys New Zealand (RMNZ). The leather is russet brown horsehide, and rather thick, which is common for RMNZ jakets. The finish easily reveals the lighter color of the base coat when it's scratched. Certain details are correct for Werber jackets, like the pocket flaps, the stitch line in the leather around the waistband, and the early Talon zipper. As a size 46 in RMNZ dimensions, it fits like a size 44 original.
