About This Jacket:
This jacket is a 1999 Lost Worlds A-2, and it made of horsehide. The leather is chrome tanned
(this method was used in WWII). The leather's texture
is great, but it has an extremely thick finish which won't show wear any time soon. The overall cut seems to be accurate to the J.A. Dubow pattern source, though it's rare to
see pockets as far from the zipper as these are. The sleeves are
of a proper taper at the ends. As a 42, the jacket fits like a vintage 42, and I've tried on an original size 44 Dubow that was just a little
larger.
