About This Jacket:

This is a 2005 production Flight Suits (Gibson & Barnes) russet A-2. The leather is horsehide, and is does have a nice russet tone. The finish is very thick and would stay as is for a long time even with lots of use, but the leather does become more wrinkly with use and pressure. The cut of the body is very close to a WWII jacket, with only the shoulders being a little larger than usual. more so in the back than the front. Flight Suits now uses YKK zippers. This jacket has brown thread, but khaki is also available.
