About This Jacket:

This is an Eastman reproduction of the Rough Wear 1401-P contract. Eastman has done a nice job with the details and the leather. The design is the older version in which Eastman had larger shoulders and arm holes. The zipper is an original WWII Talon, and the jacket is sewn with OD cotton thread. The overall design appears too large for me so that a larger person may look quite good in this jacket. Note the wear of the leather, and how the lighter base color shows through the surface, which can be seen on original Rough Wear jackets.
