About This Jacket:

This is one beautiful goatskin A-2, in quite nice condition. The Spiewak jackets seem to be somewhat rare, and the details are a bit different than the most common A-2 design. Note that the epaulettes cover the seam between front and back leather panels, like United Sheeplined and Doniger's A-2s. The pocket flaps have large stitching gaps, and the pocket interiors have an interesting cut around the snaps. Also note that the arms have inset sleeves. As a size 44, this jacket is a bit larger than most I've seen, with good room in the armpits and shoulders.
