About This Jacket:

This Poughkeepsie A-2 is a good example of typical leather which they would use on A-2 jackets. It's rather thin, has nice texture, and is a solid russet color. This jacket is larger than the other size 42 in this collection of photos. Note the khaki colored thread. The artwork on the front of the jacket may not date to WWII, as it appears to be rather new, and the name tag also would be from some time after 1950.
