About This Jacket:
This A-2 flight jacket is a good representation of what Aero's jackets look like from the 15142 contract.
An interesting detail: the label is a second label, sewn over the first, and the second is sewn through the leather. Maybe there's an older
contract number underneath? The leather is a nice russet brown, very well worn, and the knits have a strong reddish color. Other notable
details are a wide but very short body in relation to the sleeves and rather square pockets. I don't know which squadron the patch is from, but
it's from WWII, and painted directly to the leather, a common occurrence.
