This Willis & Geiger M-422a is a huge size 48. These jackets tend to be wider than longer, and this jacket has a super wide body and sleeves. The jacket is odd in that it has a red lining, where most W&G jackets of this contract had brown linings. The cuffs have been replaced, as has the zipper, and the collar has a section of new mouton. W&G jackets can often be seen with mis-matched goatskin color, and this jacket does have that issue, though only mildly.
