About This Jacket:
This jacket is a bit larger than the other Block in this collection, and has seen better days
than now. The cloth materials have all been replaced, and the mouton is in rough shape, as is the leather. The distinctive details of
Block are present, including the big wind flap, well-curved pocket flaps, yellow USN stencil on the collar, and no horizontal
stitching on the collar back. If repaired with quality materials, this would make a good wearable M-422a. The color of the leather
is quite dark, as there are some examples from Block which are as dark as Willis and Geiger M-422a jackets.
