This jacket is a U.S. Navy cold weather jacket. It's supposed to be buoyant in water with a special lining inserted in the jacket. The lining of this particular jacket is gone. The label states the purposes of this jacket. It dates to 1968, and has a paperclip Conmar zipper. The size is Large and fits me quite well.
