About This Jacket:

Designed in 1941, this jacket is often called an M-1941 or M-41, but in reality it was only specified as Jacket, Field, O.D. This jacket is the second and common pattern. The jacket is made with cottonpoplin and has a very light khaki color, which to some degree on this jacket has faded. The jacket was owned by an enlisted AAF airman, Sargeant L.S. Dreesen. His Dubow A-2 and enlisted cap are also listed on this CD.
