The B-10 jacket replaced the A-2 in 1943. The jacket was quite different, and much warmer. The shell was made of cotton, with various weaves used, and a lining of Alpaca. A mouton collar and throat latch added much warmth to the neck. Other details which were different, (some like a G-1 jacket), are an internal wind flap, internal pocket and epaulettes. These were in production until they were replaced by the heavier B-15, which came out in 1944.
