This jacket is a reproduction of a vintage Aero Type B-6 in our collection. We have three, but this one is a copy of the slightly
earlier model which has zipper waist adjustment, rather than the late war model with a belt on each side of the waist. We have copied
every nuance of the pattern, stitching, and overall look of jackets from this contract.
The label is an exact copy of the original from this contract, only we've used our own Acme brand for the company.
The details of our jacket are identical as one would find on an original from a war time Aero B-6.
The belt buckles are exact copies of originals, and each side of the belt leather is cut using a clicker die.
The sheepskin fur is the correct color tone in comparison with three original Aero B-6s in our collection. The
sheepskin leather dark brown tone had some variance in originals, and we have copied the brown seen on our
original jackets. |
